We aim to have your order leave our premises within 7 days from the date we receive your payment with FREE delivery for all orders. In the event that your order cannot be sent out within 7 days we will notify you immediately so we can come up with a satisfactory solution.
TIP: For our customers who are worried about chocolate being sent in the mail, all of our orders are now sent with an appropriate amount of ice bricks dependant on the size of your order to combat against the heat. We also suggest if you have a PO Box that you use that as your delivery address as they are delivered to first thing in the morning. Also, check if your local Post Office allows deliveries care of you the customer. Both of these options will enable your order sits in a building rather than a delivery van.
